Get rid of all the cold . .

Invasion – or the entry (and then storage in the body) of any cold alone – can create a lot of the dramas happen post partum – infections, hemorrhages leakage, and general debility. Also cold within a body causes prolapses (think in birthing you MUST make sure mum pees regularly – especially before pushing bub out).

Take the cold out . .
DO NOT ADD IT IN AT ANY STAGE OF BIRTHING
OR AFTERWARDS – it will only cause further problems.
Mastitis? Do your helpers know why it happens?
In the ‘wild’ we would be dead if this happened – why does it?
Application of cold at some stage in the birthing and afterwards in engorgement is a great way to have this .
