We start by releasing what we have lovingly stored within we ourselves.
Traumas and incidents, echoes of the past – are there as residue to pop up when we are unaware.
We can undo this and start anew.
Whether we also as friends/ helpers/and midwives of others’ processes ,we can then appreciate how much courage is sometimes needed and how much resistance is held. We also know the liberation gained when we let go.
To assist others
We come into this work from different paths – and may not have done any formal education – but lived instead a life of abundance and of exceptional hints to share with those who touch us.
In person workshops
Run occasionally. I may in your area if you wish to host me.
